The Network

Georgia State University has been a long time supporter of McCracken Alliance networks and programs. McCracken Alliance is proud to convene the Atlanta GSU Financial Leadership Network (FLN). The FLN is a peer network of executives in finance, including CFOs, VPs of finance, Controllers, Treasurers, and other manager level talent that supports the corporate finance function. The FLN is a forum where executives can build relationships with notable players in their local market, as well as exchange best practices and participate in business content sessions.

James Pitts

20 year real estate professional with Jones Lang Lasalle, Grubb & Ellis, Johnson Controls (JCI) Global Workplace Solutions, and Sheraton Hotels. Most notably, James worked as Solutions Development Director at JCI Global Workplace Solutions where he was responsible for the design of global and regional corporate real estate outsourcing solutions for companies such as Motorola, Barclays, HP, SunTrust Banks, HSBC with annual spends of $50M-$500M.

Sam Unger

Sam Unger

24 year corporate real estate professional with EY and ADP.  As SVP Corporate Real Estate for Americas Real Estate Leader, Sam was responsible for planning, managing, and directing Corporate Real Estate activities from for North and South America.  His responsibilities included strategic planning, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, consolidations and redeployment of corporate real estate assets.
